- Korn/Ferry Announces New Managing Director for Board Services Practice -

LOS ANGELES, April 24, 2007 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Stephen P. Mader has joined the firm. Mr. Mader will reside in the firm’s Boston office and serve as Senior Client Partner and Managing Director of the Board Services Practice.

Mr. Mader joins Korn/Ferry from Christian & Timbers, where he most recently served as Vice Chairman with leadership responsibility for the Board Services/CEO Practice. As former CEO of the firm and a veteran of 400 assignments, he is a recognized expert on leadership at the CEO and Board Director level and the effective process of corporate governance.

Prior to entering executive search, Mr. Mader spent nearly two decades in a variety of senior operating roles. As Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Modicon, he directed a worldwide organization, rapidly developing it into a market leadership position in programmable logic controllers for manufacturing computerization. His efforts included a joint manufacturing venture in China.

Mr. Mader holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from the Northeastern University Executive Program.
