- Ronald Bottano to Specialize in Performance Measurement and Compensation Program Design -

Los Angeles, February 14, 2006 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Ronald Bottano has joined the firm’s Los Angeles office as a Senior Client Partner within its Leadership Development Solutions business. In his role, Bottano will help guide the expansion of Korn/Ferry’s talent management services into the compensation consulting arena.

Bottano brings to Korn/Ferry nearly 15 years of experience advising boards, compensation committees and senior management on performance measurement and compensation program design, with the ultimate goal of aligning reward programs with the creation of shareholder value. Most recently, he was a Principal in the Performance Measurement and Rewards Practice of Mercer Human Resources Consulting.

Earlier in his career, Bottano was a partner at SCA Consulting, a managing consultant at Hewitt Associates and a consultant at Deloitte Consulting. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California at Berkeley.
