Houston, April 17, 2006 – Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that William H. “Billy” Bauch has joined the Houston office as a Senior Client Partner in the Industrial and Financial Services Markets. In his role, Mr. Bauch is responsible for recruiting top executives for energy, utility and financial services companies.
Mr. Bauch joins Korn/Ferry from another large executive search firm, where he specialized in financial services and industrial assignments. While there, his placements included CEOs, CFOs, COOs, controllers, chief construction officers, refinery managers and investment bankers for a wide variety of clients.

Prior to entering executive search, Mr. Bauch spent 12 years as an investment banker focusing on the energy and utilities industries, most recently as a managing director with CIBC Oppenheimer. Earlier, he held positions with Jefferies, Prudential Securities and Morgan Keegan.
Mr. Bauch began his career as a corporate and securities attorney with Fullbright and Jaworski. He holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Mississippi, graduating cum laude. He also received a Master of Laws degree from the New York University School of Law. He is a CPA and a member of the Texas and Georgia State Bars.
