- Robert Erzen Joins the Firm’s Global Technology Market and Financial Officers Practice -

SILICON VALLEY, December 18, 2006 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Robert Erzen has joined its Silicon Valley office as a Client Partner and a member of the Global Technology Market and the Financial Officers Practice.

With more than a decade of search execution experience, Mr. Erzen brings a particular expertise in semiconductor, software, hardware, networking, wireless and telecommunications industries to his new role at Korn/Ferry.

“Robert offers a wealth of knowledge that is ideally suited for our technology clients regardless of whether they are start-ups or Fortune 1000-sized operations,” said Wes Richards, office managing director of Korn/Ferry’s Silicon Valley office. “He is a strategic hire for our growing Silicon Valley team.”

Mr. Erzen was most recently a Partner with Lonergan Partners, a regional executive search firm, where he focused on technology clients. Prior to Lonergan Partners, Mr. Erzen led human resources for Keynote Systems, Inc., a publicly traded technology company. Before this, he was Vice President of Human Resources for Terraspring, Inc. Earlier in his career, he was a Senior Manager at executive search firm Management Solution, Inc. (now part of Monster.com) where he helped to grow the business from a start-up to a $50 million enterprise.

Mr. Erzen began his career performing financial audits of technology companies throughout Silicon Valley with Deloitte & Touche, and he has also held key finance positions with Adecco, S.A., the world’s largest staffing firm.

Mr. Erzen holds a B.S. of Business Administration from San Jose State University and is a licensed California certified public accountant.
