- Kristy Moeller and Mark J. Anderson Join as Managing Consultants -

Los Angeles, February 13, 2006 -- Futurestep, the outsourced recruiting subsidiary of Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Kristy Moeller and Mark J. Anderson have joined the company as managing consultants in the North American region.

Based in Detroit, Moeller is responsible for recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) business development within the western region of the United States and reports to Jeanne MacDonald, managing director of the western region of Futurestep’s North American business development.

Based in New York, Anderson is responsible for business development for Futurestep’s rapidly growing RPO business within the northeast region of the United States and reports to Bill Gilbert, managing director of Futurestep’s eastern region.

Bringing more than a decade of human capital experience to her new role, Moeller was most recently strategic sales manager at Kelly Services (NASDAQ: KELYA) where she was responsible for driving sales for two human resources outsourcing (HRO) divisions of the company – Kelly Vendor Management Solutions and HRfirst.

Prior to joining Futurestep, Anderson was vice president at Spherion (NYSE: SFN) where he architected and delivered volume recruitment outsourcing engagements for clients such as Cisco Systems, Verizon, Nextel and MetLife.  Anderson is a 22-year veteran of the human capital industry.
