- Business Process Outsourcing Industry Veteran to Drive North American Region’s Growth -

LOS ANGELES, July 26, 2006 -- Futurestep, the outsourced recruiting subsidiary of Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that George Puig has been named president of North America.

Based in Houston, Puig reports directly to Robert McNabb, chief executive officer of Futurestep, and is responsible for overseeing the operations, strategy and tactical execution of recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) initiatives in Futurestep’s North American region which includes the United States and Canada.

With more than 25 years of experience, Puig is a business process outsourcing industry veteran with a particular expertise in quality control. Most recently, he was president and chief operating officer of Precision Response Corporation where he drove the execution and implementation of business process outsourcing initiatives and corporate growth strategies. In addition, he has held senior executive and general management positions at Ocwen Financial Corporation, APAC Customer Services and Florida Power and Light.

Puig holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in business from Florida International University.
