Korn/Ferry Adds New Senior Client Partners in Atlanta and Miami

LOS ANGELES, July 19, 2006 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that two new Senior Client Partners have joined the firm.

Brian McGowan has joined the Atlanta office as a Senior Client Partner in the Global Consumer Markets, focusing on assignments in consumer goods and services, hospitality and leisure, and the Global Life Sciences Markets. Mr. McGowan was most recently a Partner at Spencer Stuart, where he was a member of the Consumer Goods & Services and Marketing Officer Practices. He also had sub-specialties in Life Sciences and Industrial.

Prior to entering executive search, Mr. McGowan acquired his marketing and business development expertise in both corporate and entrepreneurial settings. He spent 14 years in the consumer packaged goods industry at the Coca-Cola Company and Campbell Soup Company, where he developed a strong reputation for identifying and creating new business ventures, products and channels. Additionally, he built and commercialized two successful start-up companies. Mr. McGowan holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in business administration from Grove City College.

Jay Millen has joined the Miami office as a Senior Client Partner in the Global Industrial Markets, specializing in executive search assignments in the paper, packaging and forest products sectors. Most recently, he was a partner and the industry program lead for the Accenture Forest Products industry group. He has extensive experience in supply chain and strategy development, M&A execution and organizational leadership development. Additionally, he has technical depth in industrial and consumer packaging operations, engineered materials, and fine papers converting.

Mr. Millen has held a variety of leadership and staff roles with global forest products companies. He graduated from the United States Military Academy at West Point and prior to entering the business world, served in the U.S. Army in a number of command and staff positions within the Special Operations community. He also holds an MBA degree from Xavier University.
