Korn/Ferry Adds Senior Partner to Expand Its Executive Compensation Practice
Russell Miller Joins Korn/Ferry’s Leadership Solutions Team in New York as a Senior Client Partner Specializing in Executive Compensation
NEW YORK, July 10, 2006 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, announced that Russell Miller has joined its New York office as a Senior Client Partner to further expand its executive compensation consulting business. Mr. Miller, with Los Angeles-based Ron Bottano, will co-head the executive compensation consulting business and will specialize in management compensation and reward consulting.
Mr. Miller joins Korn/Ferry from Mercer Human Resource Consulting, where he served as Principal in the Performance Measurement and Rewards Practice in New York. Prior to joining Mercer, Russell was the Managing Partner in the New York office of SCA Consulting.

Mr. Miller is a frequent speaker on compensation and performance measurement issues and has taught the subject at the American Management Association. He has also authored a chapter on performance measurement and its linkage to compensation in Responsible Executive Compensation for a New Era of Accountability (Wiley 2004).
Mr. Miller has a BS in Economics with a concentration in Finance from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania, where he graduated with honors.
