- Wesley Richards Joins Korn/Ferry to Lead the Silicon Valley Office -

LOS ANGELES, July 12, 2006 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, outsourced recruiting and leadership development solutions, today announced that Wesley Richards has joined the firm’s Silicon Valley office as the new Office Managing Director. He assumes this role from San Francisco Office Managing Director, Jeff Hocking, who had been serving in this capacity in the interim. Mr. Hocking will continue his leadership post in San Francisco.

Mr. Richards brings to Korn/Ferry more than a decade of experience specializing in senior-level executive search, including several years on the management side of the business. Based in Redwood City, he will play an integral role in driving the strategic and tactical business initiatives for the Silicon Valley office.

Most recently, Mr. Richards was founder and managing partner of Lonergan Richards, an executive search firm focused on general management and board of director searches in technology markets. Prior to this, he served as Senior Managing Partner for Heidrick & Struggles Leadership Services, where he developed and managed a multinational group delivering executive development and interim management services. Previously, Mr. Richards led the firm’s Silicon Valley office and also spent time as Area Managing Director for the Southwest region.

Mr. Richards holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University.
