- Shelly Fust Will Specialize in the Recruitment of Energy and Utilities Leaders -

Los Angeles, January 30, 2006 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Shelly Fust has joined its Los Angeles office as a Senior Client Partner in the Global Industrial Markets, where she will focus on the energy and utilities sectors.
 
Ms. Fust brings a unique combination of executive search and industry experience to Korn/Ferry. She combines nine years of prior partner-level search experience from two other global search firms with an extensive knowledge base and network developed during her prior industry experience. Her search practice extends across a range of functional areas, including operations, engineering, finance, marketing, environment, regulatory and government affairs, and risk management.

Prior to entering executive search, Ms. Fust provided energy consulting expertise to a diverse client base in positions with Xenergy Inc. and Cambridge Energy Research Associates, Inc.   She was also responsible for independent power development with Diamond Energy (Mitsubishi), and spent four years at the inception of Enron’s unregulated operations in  various marketing, strategy and regulatory affairs positions. Ms. Fust began her career at Frito-Lay in environmental engineering and later led the company’s energy procurement efforts.
 
Ms. Fust earned a B.A. degree in zoology from Miami University and an M.S. degree in environmental science from the University of Texas at Dallas.
