London, 23 April, 2007 – Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced the appointment of Iraj Ispahani to Regional Market Leader for Financial Markets in EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa).  In his new role, Mr. Ispahani, age 46, will oversee all sectors of the Global Financial Markets practice in EMEA. 

Mr. Ispahani joined Korn/Ferry’s London office in 2003 as a Senior Client Partner, leading the UK Asset Management team and working on senior-level assignments in investment banking and private banking and contributing to the Board practice.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Isapahani served as Deputy Chief Executive and COO of Cantos Communications LLP, an online investor relations company which he co-founded in 2001.  Mr. Ispahani also enjoyed a 15-year career at JP Morgan in New York, Geneva and London.  There, he held the positions of fixed-income salesman in Markets, client relationship manager in Asset and Wealth Management, and corporate finance coverage banker in Investment Banking.  In his last assignment at JP Morgan, Mr. Ispahani served as Chief Operating Officer of the Global Financial Institutions Group and was a member of its global management team.

Mr. Ispahani is a member of the Advisory Board of Seeing is Believing.  This not-for-profit organisation, which is dedicated to restoring vision, vision loss prevention and education, is on track to deliver one million sight restorations by 11th October, 2007, which will be “World Sight Day.”  He is also a member of the council of Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre and serves on the Globe Major Projects Group.  Shakespeare’s Globe Trust, an educational charity, is dedicated to the experience and international understanding of Shakespeare in performance.  Mr. Ispahani also serves as a non-executive Director of Cantos Communications LLP.

Mr. Ispahani was educated at Winchester College and was awarded a B.A. with honors from London University in Politics and History.  Mr. Ispahani also has an M. Phil in International Relations from Cambridge University.
