DALLAS, February 5, 2007 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Ronald J. Zera has joined the firm as a Senior Client Partner and Office Managing Director of its Dallas office.

Mr. Zera, a 20+ year veteran of executive search, is a specialist in the consumer area and will continue to serve clients in addition to his new role of driving strategic and tactical business initiatives for Korn/Ferry’s Dallas office.

Mr. Zera joins Korn/Ferry from the Dallas office of executive search firm Spencer Stuart, where he spent the last 16 years. Most recently, he has focused on consumer goods and services, specializing in the QSR/restaurant segment. Additionally, he has deep expertise in the industrial, healthcare and higher education sectors.

Prior to entering executive search, Mr. Zera worked for Frito-Lay (a division of PepsiCo) and Nucor Corporation. He was also Associate Dean at Iowa State University for three years and has served on the President’s Research Council at the University of Texas Southwestern Health Services Center.

He serves on the board of the Chiapas Project, an initiative of the Grameen Foundation that provides microfinance to impoverished women living in Mexico’s poorest state. He is also on the board of OLPH, an inner-city school in Dallas.
