Korn/Ferry International Expands Greater China Footprint to Guangzhou and Appoints New Leadership Team

-Third Office in Mainland China to Help Drive Unprecedented Growth and Serve Clients Operating in the Pearl River Delta -

LOS ANGELES, CA and HONG KONG, July 10, 2007 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced the strategic expansion of its operations in the Greater China Region (GCR) with an office in Guangzhou, to better serve clients in the Guangdong Province and across the Pearl River Delta (PRD). Korn/Ferry veterans Messrs. Andrew Tsui and Mike Bekins will serve as Chairman, Hong Kong and Managing Director, Hong Kong, respectively. Mr. Jimmy Ho, senior client partner, will be charged with building Korn/Ferry’s Southern China business. These moves coincide with a reported 42 percent increase in the Firm’s GCR business in FY07, and a 37 percent increase in its dedicated GCR staff.

New China Management

• Mr. Tsui, Chairman, Hong Kong, has been with Korn/Ferry’s Hong Kong office since 1996, heading its regional Board Services and Not-for-Profit specialty teams while also servicing the local corporate and financial sectors. In his new role, he will focus on clients in the Chinese Enterprise Sector operating in Southern China.
  
• Mr. Bekins, Managing Director , Hong Kong, will devise new strategies to better service global clients operating in China. He will also continue to lead the Firm’s Technology Market throughout Asia Pacific. Over a 20-year period, Mr. Bekins has played a leading role in Korn/Ferry’s growth and international expansion, notably starting its operations in Korea. He served as president, Asia Pacific in the late 1990s and later as President, Europe (based in London) and chief operating officer (based in Los Angeles).
  
• Mr. Ho, Senior Client Partner, Hong Kong, is a member of the Firm’s Industrial Market, serving clients’ staffing needs in the GCR including Hong Kong and Taiwan, as well as the ASEAN region including Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore. A consultant member of the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resources Management, he also holds a license of the Job Intermediary Service in the Guangdong Province of the PRC.
