New York, July 12, 2005 – Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Harold “Hal” Johnson has rejoined the firm. Operating out of New York and Colorado, Mr. Johnson will focus on recruiting senior level executives and serve as an advisor to Korn/Ferry’s Human Resources Center of Expertise. Mr. Johnson previously worked at Korn/Ferry from 1988 to 1992.

Prior to rejoining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Johnson served as Chairman of the Global Human Resources Practice at Heidrick & Struggles. Before entering the executive search industry, Mr. Johnson served in the senior human resources role for three large corporations: CIGNA (formerly INA), Federated Department Stores and The Travelers Companies.
