Atlanta, GA, October 12, 2005 – Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that David Sapp has joined the firm’s Atlanta office as a Senior Client Partner in the Global Industrial Markets.

Sapp joins Korn/Ferry from CarterBaldwin, an Atlanta-based retained executive search firm, where he was a partner. He has a proven track record of leading successful searches and building executive teams in industrial, manufacturing, and distribution environments.

“The industrial and manufacturing sectors have regained significant momentum and with that comes heightened executive demand,” said Craig P. Prior to entering the recruitment industry, Sapp served as President of the Parcel Division and Executive Vice President of Sales & Marketing for a private venture business in the transportation and logistics sector. He also held key worldwide leadership positions in Industrial businesses with the General Electric Company and Borg-Warner. His experience includes both domestic/international responsibility and a variety of Sales, Marketing, Product Management and General Management roles. 

Sapp received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from Glenville State College, completed graduate studies at West Virginia University, and received Six Sigma certification from the General Electric Company.
