- Stein to Specialize in Senior-Level Assignments for the Consumer, Retail and Consumer Technology Industries -

San Francisco, June 22, 2005 - Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), the premier provider of executive search, outsourced recruiting and leadership development solutions, today announced that Becky Stein has joined the firm’s San Francisco office as a Senior Client Partner in the Consumer Market.  Ms. Stein will specialize in senior-level assignments for the consumer, retail and consumer technology industries.

Most recently, Ms. Stein led her own boutique retained executive search firm.  She was previously a Managing Director in the San Francisco office of Russell Reynolds Associates, during which time she led the firm’s Consumer Practice for the Americas.  Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Ms. Stein was General Manager of the F.A.O. Schwarz flagship store in San Francisco.  Earlier in her career, she worked on the OTC trading desk at Gilder, Gagnon, Howe & Co., and was Director of Investments for a privately-held investment fund in New York.  She also served as a Legislative Assistant for the Dean of the Pennsylvania Delegation in the U.S. Congress.

Ms. Stein earned a B.B.A. degree in International Business and Finance from George Washington University.  She holds an M.B.A. from New York University and a certificate in International Management from Handleshögskolan in Stockholm, Sweden.
