Ken Parekh Joins Korn/Ferry as Senior Client Partner in the Global Technology Practice

San Francisco, November 30, 2005 - Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Ken Parekh has joined the firm’s Silicon Valley office as a Senior Client Partner in the Global Technology Practice. Mr. Parekh will specialize in senior-level assignments for advanced technology and emerging growth industries.
With 20 years of consulting global businesses on strengthening organizational capabilities and building high-performance teams, he has a particular expertise in research and development, sales and marketing, finance, IT and all aspects of supply chain operations.
Most recently, Mr. Parekh was a principal with Deloitte Consulting where he founded their successful high-technology practice and where he was responsible for recruiting and coaching senior technology professionals.

Mr. Parekh holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin and a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is a member of the Association for Corporate Growth and the Churchill Club.
