- Mill to Lead Canadian Expansion -

Los Angeles, July 11, 2005 - Futurestep, the recruitment outsourcing subsidiary of Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), today announced that Stephen Mill has been named country leader of Canada.

Based in Toronto, Mill is part of the North American management team and will report to James Zagelmeyer, managing director of Futurestep’s North America region. Mill will lead and develop Futurestep’s burgeoning recruitment process outsourcing (RPO) business across Canada with responsibilities for overseeing strategic regional growth and senior-level sales.

In addition, Mill is an articulate spokesperson whose perspectives on workplace industry issues and trends are often featured in print publications and via broadcast media.
