Loran Kaminsky Joins Korn/Ferry as Client Partner in the Advanced Technology Practice

- Appointment of Industry Specialist Adds Bench Strength to Korn/Ferry’s Advanced Technology Team -

REDWOOD CITY, CA, May 2, 2005 - Korn/Ferry International (NYSE: KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Loran Kaminsky has joined the firm’s Silicon Valley office as a Client Partner in the Northern California Advanced Technology Practice.  Mr. Kaminsky will specialize in senior-level assignments for technology companies.

Most recently, Mr. Kaminsky served as Vice President of Worldwide Recruiting at PeopleSoft, where he placed senior-level executives in functions spanning sales, professional services, products & technology, finance, investor relations, business development and human resources.  Prior to joining PeopleSoft, Mr. Kaminsky built a global recruiting organization for Portal Software, where he was Senior Director of Worldwide Recruiting.  Earlier in his career, Mr. Kaminsky was National Director of Recruiting for Ernst & Young, LLP, after working as an executive recruiter for two technology-focused retained search firms located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
