- Heather Shively Goldman to Specialize in Recruitment of Senior-Level Real Estate Executives -
New York, June 20, 2005 - Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Heather Shively Goldman has joined the firm as a Senior Client Partner in the Financial Services Market, in the New York City office. Ms. Goldman will focus primarily on the recruitment of senior-level real estate executives.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry International, Ms. Goldman was a Real Estate Partner in another retained executive search firm in New York, where she was a leading member of the Real Estate practice. Her clients included pension funds, private equity, opportunity funds and private and public real estate operating companies.
Earlier, Ms. Goldman was CEO and Chairman of the Board of CapitalThinking, a financial services software company, for nearly five years. She also worked for eight years in investment and corporate banking, including positions at Bank of Montreal and Nesbitt Burns Securities. Before launching her banking career, Ms. Goldman spent three-and-a-half years as a U.S. Peace Corps volunteer in Mali, West Africa.
She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. She also serves as board member and Treasurer of University Settlement House.
