- Rubenstrunk Will Specialize in the Recruitment of CIOs, CTOs and Other Senior IT Leaders -

Tysons Corner, VA, March 28, 2005 - Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Karen Rubenstrunk has joined the firm’s Tysons Corner, Virginia office as a Senior Client Partner in the Information Technology Officers Practice. Ms. Rubenstrunk will specialize in the recruitment of chief information officers (CIOs), chief technology officers (CTOs) and other senior IT leaders.

Most recently, Ms. Rubenstrunk spent ten years with META Group as a Senior Vice President, leading a global team providing counsel and advice for Fortune 500 CIOs. META Group was a privately-held global information technology research, advisory, and strategic consulting company prior to merging with Gartner in 2004. During her tenure there, she cultivated extensive relationships within the CIO community, offering such services as a CIO Bootcamp and dedicated CIO coaching designed to assist clients with identifying, marketing and obtaining maximum business value from technology investments.

Ms. Rubenstrunk has led research on many critical CIO issues, such as executive relationship management, leadership development, value management , organization development and governance. Many of her client CIOs have received awards for Top CIO, Best Place to Work in Information Technology, Most Innovative CIO and The Resourceful 100.

Earlier, Ms. Rubenstrunk was Manager of Technology Services for Lubrizol, a global Fortune 500 process chemical company based in Cleveland. She has also held technical, programming and database architect positions with S&P Solutions, American Express and Virginia National Bank.

She holds an MBA from Old Dominion University and a BS degree from Arizona State University.
