Jeff McKinnis Joins the Atlanta Office of Korn/Ferry International

ATLANTA, January 22, 2008 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Jeff McKinnis has joined the firm’s Atlanta office as a Client Partner and a member of the Global Technology Market.

With over a decade of executive search experience in the technology market, Mr. McKinnis serves both public and private companies in the interactive/online media, enterprise technology and telecom service sectors. Search assignments include senior-level executive roles, such as CEOs, COOs, CMOs and chief technology officers. He also has completed searches for management roles across functional responsibilities.

Most recently, Mr. McKinnis was a managing director in the technology practice of Boyden Global Executive Search, based in Atlanta. Earlier, he was a principal in the Atlanta and New York offices of Heidrick & Struggles. Prior to entering the executive search, Mr. McKinnis worked at MCI Telecommunications as a national account sales representative.

Mr. McKinnis is a graduate of the University of Florida where he earned a BA degree in political science.
