LOS ANGELES, January 25, 2008 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Adam Charlson and Scott Miner have joined the firm as members of the firm’s Global Technology Market.
Adam Charlson joins Korn/Ferry’s Silicon Valley office as a Senior Client Partner from Spencer Stuart, where he was based in Northern California and served as a partner in their Software and Enterprise Technologies/Services practices. At Spencer Stuart, Mr. Charlson served clients in sales, marketing and professional services related positions at the executive management and board level.
Mr. Charlson has nearly 15 years of executive search experience. Before joining Spencer Stuart, he spent six years as an associate and a consultant at Korn/Ferry. Mr. Charlson started in the search business at Chicago-based Chestnut Hill International while he was still in college before moving on to Lai Ward Howell, later known as Heidrick & Struggles. Mr. Charlson is a graduate of Ohio University, where he received a bachelor of arts degree in political science.
Scott Miner joins Korn/Ferry’s Reston office as a Client Partner from Aegis Consulting, where he was based in New York and served as a director for business development activities. At Aegis, Mr. Miner led business development activities to acquire new clients in the IT professional services, outsourcing industries, and corporate markets.
Mr. Miner brings more than two decades of management experience to Korn/Ferry. Before joining Aegis, he worked for AT&T, American Management Systems and JP Morgan Chase (First USA). Mr. Miner received his master’s of business administration from Harvard University and his bachelor’s of science in industrial engineering from Northwestern University.
