Flávio Kosminsky Joins the Miami Office of Korn/Ferry International

MIAMI, February 4, 2008 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Flávio Kosminsky has transferred to the firm’s Miami office as a Senior Client Partner in the Leadership Development Solutions group.

Mr. Kosminsky has been with Korn/Ferry since 2001 in the firm’s Rio de Janeiro, Brazil office, specializing in executive search and organizational development consulting. In his new role, he will help introduce clients to the firm’s Leadership Development Solutions offerings, including management assessment and executive development and coaching. He will also leverage his extensive consulting experience with multi-national corporations in both the U.S. and Latin America.

Mr. Kosminsky has more than two decades of experience as a consultant in large corporate transformation projects, ranging from strategy to operations to information technology. Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, he was a partner at Ernst & Young, where he led the Latin American energy consulting practice. Prior to that, Mr. Kosminsky was a partner at Price Waterhouse Consulting, where he led several industry practices at various times.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Kosminsky held senior positions at large multinational companies in the industrial sector, in the information technology function, and in the Brazilian Census Bureau where he was engaged in supporting regional social and economic development projects.

Mr. Kosminsky holds a bachelor’s degree in applied mathematics from Pontifícia Universidade Católica in Rio de Janeiro where he also completed post graduate studies in computer science.
