Korn/Ferry Sponsors Opera Holland Park for Second Year Running

LONDON, April 15, 2008: Korn/Ferry International, (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that it is sponsoring the critically acclaimed Opera Holland Park (OHP) for the second year running.

Now in its twelfth season, Opera Holland Park is unique and hugely popular, providing unforgettable performances from leading opera singers in the beautiful central London setting of Holland Park. Highlights from this year’s Korn/Ferry Opera Holland Park programme include Simon Callow CBE directing Mozart’s ‘The Magic Flute’.

Korn/Ferry’s sponsorship marks a distinct new direction for OHP. OHP places strong emphasis on nurturing new talent in the industry as well as making opera accessible to a wider audience. Korn/Ferry complements these ideas with its own approach to identifying talent using the art and science of the Korn/Ferry Advantage, a unique method of evaluating candidates that combines scientific research with Korn/Ferry’s extensive practical experience.

Identifying talent is always important, but is especially vital in current market conditions. The right hiring decisions ensure firms sustain their competitiveness when markets become more volatile. Korn/Ferry will use its continued relationship with OHP to promote the importance of identifying the skill of the individual, a core part of its business.

“Korn/Ferry provides talent management services to many of the world’s leading organisations; identifying talent is pivotal to what we do. We love the informal sophistication of OHP, and the fun and welcoming atmosphere. What is equally important is OHP’s commitment to identifying and cultivating talent in the world of opera. OHP’s appeal right across the spectrum and its celebration of great talent resonates with how we operate as a business too,” explains Giles Crewdson, head of Korn/Ferry's London office.

The Korn/Ferry Opera Holland Park 2008 Season opens on 3 June with Verdi’s Il Trovatore, and closes on 8 August with Tchaikovsky’s Iolanta. Bookings are now open to the general public. Tickets are available online and through the OHP Box Office.
