William Heinzerling Joins Korn/Ferry International as a Senior Client Partner

NEW YORK, July 30, 2008 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that William Heinzerling has joined the firm’s New York office as a Senior Client Partner in the Global Financial Market. His focus will be on Capital Markets, Hedge Funds and Prime Brokerage clients. He will report to Michael Franzino, Managing Director, Global Financial Market.

Mr. Heinzerling has over two decades of experience in the securities industry, during which time he has held numerous senior positions at major Wall Street firms. He most recently served as Managing Partner and a Founding Member of CapRio Management LLC, a New York-based investment advisory firm.

From 1984 to 2005, Mr. Heinzerling was with Smith Barney (now Citigroup). In 1995 he was appointed to the position of Managing Director and Co-Head of the Global Fixed Income Division, and later headed up the transition committee between Salomon Smith Barney and Citigroup. During his tenure at Citigroup, Mr. Heinzerling held the following positions: Head of Global Futures, Global Short Term Products, Retail Trading/Marketing and Global Finance (Fixed Income & Equity/Prime Brokerage).

Mr. Heinzerling began his Wall Street career in 1982 as an Associate trainee in the Lehman Brothers Kuhn Loeb Capital Markets program. Upon completion of his rotation in the program in 1982, he held a variety of positions in both the Fixed Income and Municipal divisions.

Mr. Heinzerling is a graduate of St. Joseph’s College, where he graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics. He is a past board member of the Futures Industry Association. In addition, he is actively involved and a Board Member of both The Chris Dudley Foundation (Diabetes) and The Boomer Esiason Foundation (Cystic Fibrosis).
