NEW YORK, NY, September 2, 2008 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Mark McMahon has joined the firm’s New York office as a Senior Client Partner. In this capacity, he will focus primarily on executive recruiting assignments in the supply chain area within the Americas.

A 30-year veteran of the executive recruitment industry, Mr. McMahon specializes in finding senior-level talent for private equity and venture capital portfolio companies and publicly held businesses in the industrial, technology and consumer product sectors. He joins Korn/Ferry from the New York office of Fiderion, where he was a Senior Managing Director.

Earlier in his career, Mr. McMahon spent 18 years at A.T. Kearney and its successor firm, Edward W. Kelley & Partners. Earlier in his career, he was a founder of Marigold Enterprises in Greenwich, Connecticut, which performed leveraged transactions and provided management consulting and executive search services. While there, he spearheaded the firm’s growth from seven to 85 employees with offices in San Francisco, Greenwich and London. In addition, he worked with Arthur Young Executive Resources Consultants in New York.

Mr. McMahon was a captain in the U.S. Marine Corps and earned a degree in Political Science at Belmont Abbey College in Belmont, North Carolina.
