CHICAGO, September 9, 2008 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Jim Crawford has joined the firm’s Chicago office as a Senior Client Partner in the Global Life Sciences Market.

Mr. Crawford brings more than two decades of management experience to the firm. He joins Korn/Ferry from the Deerfield, IL office of Ken Clark International, an executive search firm. While there, he served as Regional President-Midwestern United States and was also responsible for building the Medical Products practice.

Prior to entering executive search, Mr. Crawford was Vice President of HR for Argent Healthcare Financial Services, a national healthcare business processes outsourcing company. Earlier, he held senior HR roles with the Chas. Levy Company, Eon Labs and Fujisawa Pharmaceutical. Mr. Crawford began his career in human resources with American Hospital Supply Corporation/Baxter Healthcare, where he was responsible for HR management of Baxter’s Operating Room Division and 10,500 domestic and international employees.

Mr. Crawford earned an MBA from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, as well as a BBA from Boise State University.
