LOS ANGELES, September 29, 2008 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Gren Millard has joined the firm as a Senior Client Partner and a member of the Global Technology Market.  He is based in the Firm’s Northern Virginia office.

Mr. Millard joins Korn/Ferry from Russell Reynolds, where as a member of the firm's Technology Sector he co-led the Software Practice in the United States. Mr. Millard specializes in providing consultations to clients in the recruitment of CEOs, boards of directors and senior-level executives, with an emphasis in software, business services and infrastructure technologies. Mr. Millard also recruits senior executives for companies at the convergence of the various technology sectors, including e-commerce, physical security, and e-learning.

Mr. Millard brings more than two decades of experience in executive search, sales and marketing to the Firm.  Prior to joining Russell Reynolds a decade ago, he was with the Gartner Group as Region Vice President of Sales for the Mid-Atlantic States. Previously, Mr. Millard had an eight-year career with Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) in a variety of sales and marketing roles. He joined DEC after five years in marketing and sales with Xerox Corporation.

Mr. Millard is a graduate of George Washington University, where he received a bachelor of arts degree in business administration and international business.
