Keith Southerland Joins Korn/Ferry International as Senior Client Partner

LOS ANGELES, October 8, 2008 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that Keith Southerland has joined the Firm as a Senior Client Partner and a member of the Healthcare Services Practice. He is based in the Firm’s Dallas office.

Mr. Southerland joins Korn/Ferry from Witt/Kieffer, where he spent the past 25 years specializing in healthcare services for this large boutique executive search firm. Mr. Southerland’s clientele expands nationally, with a concentration of clients primarily in the Southeast, particularly in Texas and Florida. His clients include prominent nonprofit multi-hospital health systems, state hospital associations and pediatric institutions. Mr. Southerland opened Witt’s Dallas office in 1985, the first office of the firm outside of corporate headquarters.

As Executive Vice President of Operations at Witt/Kieffer, Mr. Southerland was responsible for the finance, marketing and human resources divisions, as well as the national practices in informational technology. Also, he led the national search practice when serving as an Executive Vice President Consultant for two years. Furthermore, Mr. Southerland conducted numerous high-profile CEO searches for Texas Hospital Association, Cook Children’s Health Care System, Florida Hospital Association, BayCare Health System, Christiana Care, Children’s Hospital and Health System of Wisconsin, and Dallas-Forth Worth Hospital Council.

Previously, he was employed with Clarian Health System and Meridian Mutual Insurance in Indianapolis.

Mr. Southerland earned a master’s of business administration from the University of Dallas and bachelor of science in public affairs from Indiana University.
