LOS ANGELES, December 3, 2008 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that E. Peter McLean has joined the firm as Chairman of the Financial Officers Practice.

Mr. McLean's career includes 23 years with Spencer Stuart where he was most recently a Vice Chairman, Senior Director and Leader of the Global Financial Officer Practice. In addition, he is a past Managing Partner of the New York Office. He has worked extensively with major domestic and global companies in recruiting senior financial talent for operating and board of director positions. Before joining the search profession, Mr. McLean was with the New York Stock Exchange and held senior operating roles with a global textile manufacturer.

Mr. McLean is a native of New York City. He earned his MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Manhattan College. A Captain in the Medical Service Corps of the U.S. Army, he served with distinction in Vietnam.

Mr. McLean will be based in the firm’s Miami office.
