Korn/Ferry International Expands Team in India and Relocates Office in New Delhi

-Three New Client Partners Bring Deep Local Market Expertise to the Firm’s Consumer, Industrial and Technology Practices-

Singapore, Delhi, September 30, 2005 -- Korn/Ferry International (NYSE:KFY), a premier global provider of talent management solutions, today announced that  it has hired three new Client Partners to meet the growing demand for innovative solutions to the unique human capital challenges facing companies operating throughout India. In addition, the firm has moved its office in New Delhi to a new location at 7th Floor, DLF Infinity Tower A, DLF City II, Gurgaon 122 002. The enhanced infrastructure will better support the consistent delivery of high quality service to clients.

Veterans Bolster Sectoral Knowledge of Korn/Ferry India Team

+ Mr. Shushil Jhangiani joined as a Client Partner for the firm’s Global Consumer Markets practice in the New Delhi office last month, following a long-standing career in consumer marketing with Procter and Gamble and Reckitt Benckiser. A specialist in global brand innovation, he has recently provided brand development consulting and marketing training services to Indian companies while also teaching at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, where he received an MBA. Mr. Jhangiani also holds a BSc (Physics) degree from the University of Mumbai.

+ Mr. Suchet Narain will support the firm’s Industrial Markets practice for India as a Client Partner in the Mumbai office. He is an expert in establishing best practices within the local regulatory environment for the agrochemicals, automotive, oil & gas, pharmaceutical, and other sectors. His previous work experience comprises various appointments at Exxon Mobil and RPG Enterprises in India. Mr. Narain holds a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (Delhi) and an MBA in Marketing & Finance from the Indian Institute of Management (Calcutta).

+ Mr. Chandrakiran Tambe brings a rich variety of experience from a twenty year career spanning the Electronics &  Telecommunications, Industrial Automation and IT sectors, in which he has built and managed cross-cultural teams and successfully launched new products for Benchmark Group, Datacraft India, Tata Telecom and Philips Electronics. He will be a Client Partner in Mumbai, working as part of the Global Technology Markets practice. Mr. Tambe holds a B.E. (Electronics & Telecom) from M.S. University of Baroda (1982) and an MBA (Marketing) from Gujarat University, Ahmedabad.
