One of the largest children’s healthcare organizations in the U.S. asked us to develop a program for 24 top talent leaders to help build more strategic, cross-department collaboration. We not only shaped the program, which consisted of a three-day workshop and four-month group exercise, but also used our assessments to guide the selection of program participants. This led to a hugely successful outcome for the program, with all of the group’s solutions being included in the company’s operating plan, and one of them showing a fivefold ROI.
