Ms. Morel-Curran has more than 15 years’ experience in organizational development, leadership and talent consulting, and executive development and coaching; she has a highly successful track record advising multinational organizations on leadership development and talent management challenges.
Ms. Morel-Curran joined Korn/Ferry from Capgemini, where she was a vice president, member of the executive committee for North America, and North America leader of the firm’s employee transformation practice, which focuses on large-scale assignments in organizational change management, leadership alignment, and workforce performance. Her areas of expertise include enterprise transformation management, organization design, post-merger integration, competency assessment, and executive development and coaching. She has successfully delivered many change and talent initiatives, thanks to the implementation of innovative collaborative approaches and a single-minded focus on value delivery.
Early in her career, Ms. Morel-Curran, a French national, cofounded Intelligent Electronics, a pan-European market research company that was subsequently acquired by Dun & Bradstreet. She was also managing director, Europe for The Oxford Group (formerly Oxford Consulting), a British consulting and training organization specializing in HR management and executive assessment and development. She came to Capgemini through their acquisition of Ernst & Young Consulting (EYC), where she worked with global executives on the development of change leadership and multicultural effectiveness. She also later served as HR director for Europe before relocating with the firm to Chicago.
Her other interests include serving on the board of CAWC, Connections for Abused Women and their Children, a nonprofit Chicago-based organization, and serving as president of the INSEAD alumni association.
Ms. Morel-Curran holds a master’s degree in business administration from INSEAD, Fontainebleau and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, and international business from the European Business School.
