Leveraging a successful career in financial services consulting, Mr. Chamberlin recruits senior-level executives for insurance and reinsurance companies, insurance brokers and intermediaries, and other insurance services organizations around the world. He also conducts search assignments for private equity firms and other direct investor groups, as well as other financial services organizations. At Korn/Ferry, he has successfully conducted over 400 executive search assignments for board directors, CEOs, COO, CFOs and both line and staff executives in essentially every function. In addition, Mr. Chamberlin assists clients in consulting projects involving management assessment,  succession planning,  executive coaching  and performance management.

Before joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Chamberlin was a principal in the Cresap, McCormick and Paget division of Towers Perrin, where he was responsible for the financial services consulting practice in the firm's London office. Previously, he had served as a principal in the firm's New York office, where he spent a majority of his time consulting financial institutions.

Prior to his association with Towers Perrin, Mr. Chamberlin was a senior consultant with Coloney, Cannon, Main & Pursell, Inc. in New York. He began his career as a consultant with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co. in Boston. Before entering management consulting, Mr. Chamberlin served as a line officer in the United States Navy.

Mr. Chamberlin received his master’s in business administration degree from Northeastern University and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Connecticut.
