Mr. Garcia is a functional specialist in supply chain and operations with experience across multiple industry sectors. He has led numerous executive search assignments in strategic sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, customer service, quality and product development for clients in life science, consumer goods, industrial and technology sectors.

Mr. Garcia’s management and consulting experience spans more than twenty-five years in competitive strategy, international business and operational excellence in a wide range of manufacturing and distribution enterprises. Previously, he was a principal in the Beverly Hills office of another executive search firm, leading its operations practice.

Earlier, Mr. Garcia was a strategy and operations consultant for a number of years at Booz Allen Hamilton. During this time, he was active throughout North and South America developing broad expertise in business transformation.

Prior to his consulting career, Mr. Garcia was in key production management and strategic planning roles for Pfizer Pharmaceuticals.

Mr. Garcia is on the board of directors of Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services. As treasurer, he chairs the budget and finance committee.

Mr. Garcia has a master’s in business administration from Columbia University where, as a two-year McKim Fellow, he completed a triple concentration in operations management, marketing and management of organizations. He earned a bachelor’s in economics from Haverford College.

Mr. Garcia is fluent in Spanish and English, and conversational in French.
