Mr. Von Der Ahe has consistently distinguished himself by adhering to the highest standards of client service and has built a strong specialty practice recruiting senior level executives for consumer and marketing-driven organizations, with a sub-specialty serving restaurant/foodservice companies.

Mr. Von Der Ahe’s primary clients have included both Fortune 500 corporations, as well as start-up and fast-growth companies. He has also worked with private equity firms and their portfolio companies. He has successfully recruited senior-level executives in a variety of functional areas including: general management, marketing, sales, finance and human resources. Mr. Von Der Ahe also serves as a member of Korn/Ferry’s Financial Officers Center of Expertise.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry in 1988, Mr. Von Der Ahe held several marketing and sales positions for the Xerox Corporation. He is an active participant in community affairs and serves on the Board of Directors of the Bachman-Strauss Dystonia and Parkinson’s Foundation and the Board of Regents of Santa Clara University.

Mr. Von Der Ahe earned a master's of business administration, and a bachelor’s in business administration from Santa Clara University.
