Prior to joining Korn/Ferry | Whitehead Mann, Mr. Cowling was in the professional services industry with KPMG and then Ernst & Young. As director of energy with Ernst & Young in London, he developed senior relationships with global clients of the firm, in the energy, chemicals and natural resources industry group, for which he led client service delivery.
Mr. Cowling brings to Korn/Ferry | Whitehead Mann more than a decade of experience in recruiting and building teams to help achieve bottom-line organizational objectives. He is a highly experienced business strategist with advanced consulting and client service skills.
Mr. Cowling was also an adviser to the Prime Minister’s Strategy Unit in the Cabinet Office of UK Government, assessing the development of all aspects of government strategy towards London.
Mr. Cowling holds a bachelor’s degree with honors from Brunel University in their Special Engineering Programme. He is a chartered engineer, and speaks both French and Russian.
