Mr. Kizer oversees senior-level assignments in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, medical device and diagnostics, and contract service sectors. During his nearly two decades in executive search, he has completed searches for CEOs, CFOs, board directors and other functional executives for leading biotechnology, pharmaceutical and consumer health clients.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Kizer was with another global executive search firm, leading their Healthcare sector for the Americas and Asia.

Mr. Kizer started his career in commercial banking with Texas American Bank, where he held positions of increasing responsibility in analysis, business development and lending.

He received a master’s degree in economics and a bachelor’s degree in finance from Texas Christian University.
