Ms. Lim-Loges possesses significant cross-border C-suite search experience across Asia Pacific, since joining the Firm in 1998 and relocating to Singapore from Korn/Ferry Kuala Lumpur in 2001.
Previously, Ms. Lim-Loges was with Kumpulan Emas Berhad in Malaysia – a KLSE-listed conglomerate with interests in education, engineering, forestry, investments, IT, manufacturing, palm oil mills and plantations and property. There, she held various positions in business development for their Southeast Asian investments and corporate roles within Kumpulan Emas with particular involvement in its engineering business, Salcon Engineering Group, whose core business is water treatment.
Ms. Lim-Loges started her career with British Petroleum in Singapore where she began as a management trainee and later progressed to a marketing function in BP Marine for its international lubricants business, with attachments in Europe and Asia.
Ms. Lim-Loges holds a master’s degree in business administration (Finance) from the Hull University School of Management, U.K. and an undergraduate degree in law (LLB Hons) from the London School of Economics and Political Science, U.K. She has also attended INSEAD’s Asian International Executive Program in Shanghai, China and holds a company secretarial license from the Registrar of Companies, Malaysia.
She is fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and speaks basic Mandarin and German.
