With more than twenty years of search experience in financial services, Ms. Gordon specializes in senior-level searches for the investment banking, capital markets and alternative investments community. Her areas of search expertise include mergers and acquisitions; general corporate finance; restructuring; leveraged finance; debt and equity capital markets; private equity; and infrastructure. She has completed more than 300 searches on behalf of financial institutions and private equity firms worldwide.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry in 1996, Ms. Gordon was a senior vice president with The Whitney Group, a search firm concentrating on the financial services sector.

Before beginning her executive recruiting career, Ms. Gordon was with Bankers Trust Company/BT Securities Corporation, where she worked in the acquisition finance, private placements and high yield capital markets groups.

Ms. Gordon holds a master’s in business administration from the Darden School at the University of Virginia and a bachelor’s with honors in economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
