Since joining the Firm in 1991, Mrs. Li has been involved in an array of senior-level search initiatives throughout the region, with a focus on Greater China and Asia Pacific.

In this capacity, she leverages the experience gained during her career in human resources which has spanned 25 years, during which she has undertaken a wide range of training, recruitment and counselling projects for organizations in the U.K. and Hong Kong.

A member of the Firm’s Asia Pacific Management Committee and currently the Chair of its Global Partnership Council, Ms. Li has also served as regional account leader for Philips, Asia Pacific. Additionally, prior to her current position, she served as the Regional Market Leader, Global Life Sciences Market for Asia Pacific since 2002.

Mrs. Li holds a postgraduate diploma in personnel management from Middlesex College in Hendon, the United Kingdom, and is a graduate of business studies from West London College in Hammersmith.
