With over a decade of experience in executive search, Mr. Mulvanerty has successfully served clients ranging from the Fortune 500 to emerging, high-growth ventures in the recruitment of executives - from the board and general management level to senior functional positions.

Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Mulvanerty worked for another international search firm, where he executed searches across various industries with an emphasis on financial management positions.  Mr. Mulvanerty held leadership positions in the firm’s Philadelphia office and chief financial officer practice.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Mulvanerty was a professional recruiter for Systems & Computer Technology Corporation and ExecuTrain Corporation, where he specialized in the recruitment of software development, professional services, sales and marketing, training and development and general management executives.

Mr. Mulvanerty previously served as a secondary school administrator, teacher and coach in New York City. He began his career with M&M/Mars, where he managed retail sales territories in New York and Connecticut and served as an on-campus recruiter.

Mr. Mulvanerty is on the board of directors of Wheels of Wellness, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing non-emergency medical transport in the Philadelphia area.

In 2008,  the Philadelphia Business Journal selected Mr. Mulvanerty as one of their “40 Under 40” awardees commended for commitment to professional excellence and community involvement. Mr. Mulvanerty was also named vice chairman of the 2007 Mid-Atlantic Capital (MAC) Conference.

Mr. Mulvanerty earned a master’s degree in counseling and personnel services and a bachelor’s degree in marketing and management from Fordham University.
