An expert in organizational development, with expertise in in the design and delivery of organizational change strategies, Mr. Costello’s clients span business sectors and range from Fortune 100 corporations to mid-sized companies and family-owned businesses. Over the past fifteen years he has advised executives from leading corporations in North America, Europe, Asia, and Central and South America. His extensive experience with senior executives brings discernment to difficult team and leadership issues.
At Korn/Ferry, Mr. Costello helps senior leadership teams achieve outstanding results by developing candor, cohesiveness and alignment with business strategy. He leads the design and delivery of programs in our team effectiveness and leadership development practices. Mr. Costello is a masterful facilitator of group programs and experiential learning. As an executive coach, he specializes in interpersonal communication and transforming difficult relationships.
Previously, Mr. Costello led the senior team effectiveness practice of a well known boutique management consulting firm. There, he led organizational initiatives in senior team effectiveness, cross-functional collaboration and development of high potential leaders. Under his leadership, the practice grew from a regional presence to serving clients on four continents.
Mr. Costello earned a bachelor’s degree in experiential training and development from Metropolitan State University in St. Paul, Minnesota, and is a certified facilitator of many assessments including Lominger’s Team Architect, Leadership Architect, and Voices, as well as Decision Styles and Myers Briggs.
