Mr. Johnson has successfully executed searches for senior-level positions in retail banking, asset management, venture capital, tax & audit, high technology and corporate organizations.
Prior to rejoining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Johnson served as the vice president of executive recruiting for Citizens Financial Group, a subsidiary of The Royal Bank of Scotland. There he managed senior-level recruiting efforts across all lines of business throughout the bank’s footprint.
Mr. Johnson also served as a product manager at Fidelity Investments. He oversaw the research and production of all SEC filings for several Fidelity bond funds.
Mr. Johnson holds a bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in political science from Providence College.
