With over two decades of experience in management consulting, Ms. Dutra's expertise lies in helping boards, CEOs, and senior management to identify and align around transformational and growth strategies, particularly in the areas of growth and innovation, culture transformation, and succession planning. Ms. Dutra led a number of organizational transformation, succession planning, post-merger integration, and leadership development programs across the world in many industries: retail, food and beverage, technology, banking, and manufacturing.

Ms. Dutra joined Korn/Ferry from Accenture where she led the global organization strategy practice. Previously, she led the organizational transformation and mergers and acquisitions practices at Oliver Wyman Consulting. Prior to that, she was with Marakon Associates, CSC Index, and Booz Allen.

Earlier, Ms. Dutra worked for the IBM Consulting Group. Over a period of seven years at IBM, she held several different positions, including product director and strategic planning director. She began her career as an attorney in Brazil where she practiced commercial law. After earning her master’s degree in economics, she taught microeconomics and international finance in Brazil and in the U.S.

Ms. Dutra received a master’s in business administration from the J. L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, a master’s degree in economics from Pontificia Universidade in Rio de Janeiro, and a juris doctor in international law from Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, all summa cum laude. She is fluent in English, French, Portuguese, and Spanish.
