With almost two decades of leadership experience with General Electric and Borg-Warner, Mr. Sapp brings a wealth of business knowledge to Korn/Ferry and his clients. His consultative style has distinguished him as a trusted advisor to leaders at companies ranging from Fortune 100 conglomerates to start-up enterprises.

Mr. Sapp has a proven track record of leading successful searches and building executive teams in industrial, manufacturing and distribution environments. Mr. Sapp joined Korn/Ferry from another retained executive search firm, where he successfully conducted numerous C-level searches in each of the functional specialization areas.

Prior to entering the search industry, Mr. Sapp served as president of the parcel division and executive vice president of sales & marketing for a private venture business in the transportation and logistics sector. He also held leadership positions in industrial businesses with the General Electric Company and Borg-Warner. His experience includes both domestic/international responsibility and a variety of sales, marketing, product management and general management roles.

Mr. Sapp received a bachelor’s degree in education from Glenville State College, completed graduate studies at West Virginia University, and received Six Sigma certification from the General Electric Company.
