Over her 10-year career in executive search, Ms. Petrone has successfully completed engagements across the broad spectrum of the life sciences industry, including medical devices, pharmaceutical products, biotechnology, diagnostics, and consumer healthcare. Her clients include Fortune 100, pre-IPO, start-up and privately-held companies. Ms. Petrone has led searches for senior executives across a wide spectrum of functions, including global executive leadership and general management, as well as senior functional leadership in R&D, Commercial Operations, and Human Resources.
Ms. Petrone has significant experience working across major global accounts to provide broad human capital thought leadership.
Prior to joining Korn/Ferry in 1997, Ms. Petrone was a manager in the healthcare practice at Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). She had client project experience ranging from process reengineering, product development, change planning, migration strategy development and program management. She also gained deep functional expertise in human resources in organization design, development and effectiveness.
Ms. Petrone has had formal training in behavioral and skill assessment interviewing, project management and change management.
Ms. Petrone holds a bachelor’s degree in history from Haverford College.
