Gabriella Kilby Managing Principal Global Leader, Culture Assessment Leadership and Talent Consulting Toronto
Ms. Kilby offers clients a unique approach to improving business performance through the assessment and development of executive and leadership teams.
Ms. Kilby brings to the Firm over a decade of experience in the human resources consulting field, focusing on assessment, leadership development, organizational development, and training. She has served clients across the pharmaceutical, telecommunications, retail, and industrial sectors.
Prior to joining Korn/Ferry, Ms. Kilby was a senior consultant at a well-known Canadian human capital consulting firm, where she was responsible for business development and execution of leadership consulting work for a variety of blue-chip and emerging companies.
In this role, Ms. Kilby also led and contributed to assignments in talent assessment, leadership development, organizational alignment and effectiveness, and training design and delivery. In addition, she piloted the development of the company’s first standardized methodology for designing experiential learning in alignment with adult learning principles and founded the company’s repository of information on instructional design methodology and current courseware.
Ms. Kilby earned a master’s of business administration degree in strategy and marketing from the Schulich School of Business at York University in Toronto and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology (with honors) from the University of Toronto. She has a certificate in adult education from St. Francis Xavier University, is certified in the McQuaig Word Survey, Management Research Group’s Strategic Leadership Development processes including 360° assessment tools, and Dr. Edward de Bono’s Six Thinking Hats processes.
