Before joining Korn/Ferry, Mr. Orlikow held senior human resources executive roles with some of North America’s best known companies in sectors as diverse as manufacturing, healthcare, transportation, agri-business, and professional services.

Mr. Orlikow is active in the community. He is chair of the Board of Athletics Canada (the governing body for track and field in Canada) and is a member of the Canadian Olympic Committee. He is also past president of the Strategic Leadership Forum, a professional group dedicated to strengthening Canada’s global competitiveness through leadership development. 

Mr. Orlikow holds a master’s degree in economics from Queen’s University and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Manitoba.
